Who Should Join?
This Program is ideal for recent immigrants who want to accelerate their English learning
to achieve success in their new lives in Canada. The series of four-level courses focuses on
speaking, reading and listening, with an introduction to writing. The course will help you
build the skills required to communicate in daily life.
When Does It Start? We enroll new students weekly, year-round.
Laurie Thain is a Canadian native English-speaking EFL/ESL teacher. She holds a Master’s degree in TEYL (TESOL Young Learners) and has 15 years of teaching experience, including 10 years teaching English to young learners in Japan.
In addition to teaching the core curriculum, Ms. Thain’s areas of specialization are adult conversation and oral fluency, teaching the English sound system to children and adults, and teaching pronunciation.
